Kishwan kasundi

Kasundi is the Asian or Bengali variety of mustard sauce or relish. Kasundi is famous as a dipping sauce in Bengali cuisine. It has the spicy paste of fermented mustard seeds, spices, and sometimes dried mangoes, Indian plum, and olives.
